For Game Boards (PCB) Cartridges and Spare parts for Arcade Games

Please Note there is a 10 days Exchange Warranty if there is any defect which starts the day package is received. We request you to check the item with in two or three days on receipt of the package and if you come across any problem please inform us we will try our best to help and solve your problem.
In the Unlikely event you must return something any shipping /handling charge and the price of the item is non refundable. Only exchange will be offered with similar item. If similar item is not available than it will be exchanged with some other item available with the seller.

We wish we could accept refund /return without any questions or limitations, but unfortunately that is not possible as most of the items are used, old, classic and very delicate (Electronic items) which can be easily damaged by mishandling, not properly installed, lack of knowledge/experience to operate and items are not always marketable.

Therefore, we do not accept any refunds or returns. We only offer exchange.

For Home Game Arcade System (HGA)

7 day unconditional trial If you try it and don't like it, send it back for a  75% percent refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. No refund will be accepted after the trial period of 7days.the trial period starts from the day HGA is received. We offer 250 days warranty for functionality and material defects which includes parts and labor, if there is any defect after expiration of the warranty period we will do our best to find a solution that is agreeable to you.

No refunds are offered or given for feature connectors, special adapters or any other connectors as they are specially built on request. and they require special handling.

Please note In the Unlikely event you must return HGA system any shipping /handling charge are non refundable.   And 25 % Re stocking fee will be charged .HGA systems are hand made and can be easily damaged by mishandling, not properly installed and items are not always marketable.

Return Procedures for Exchange items only:
Please send returns for exchange for the defective items only back to us insured for the full purchase value and using a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any loss or damage in transit. Must be sent back in original packaging and original Invoice to the same address.
